Oracle Database

Databases are the “engine” of a lot of systems you know and use. Almost any time you sign in to a web site or participate in a discussion board, that information is stored in a database. Any time you go Safeway for a snack, you are interacting with a database that stores and updates the entire inventory. If you find that perfect item on a eBay auction, you are interacting with a database.

Databases are all around, so are database jobs. The course is the first step to a $60,000++ job should you choose to continue to develop your skills after this program. Even if you don’t want your job to be in databases, the program is a great way to get two semesters worth of college credit while you are still in high school.

Even Google and Amazon use Oracle for their own needs.
